- Coordinate reconstruction/repair projects (drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, trim, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Manage job intake, customer communication, work authorizations, and required documentation
- Support compliance for TPA programs and SLA/KPI timelines, including (as applicable):
- Contractor Connection
- Alacrity
- Sedgwick

- Schedule project milestones: site visits, walkthroughs, material deliveries, subcontractors, inspections, and completion dates
- Request, collect, and organize subcontractor bids, scopes, COIs, W-9s, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate ordering and tracking of materials (cabinets, flooring, drywall, paint, fixtures, etc.) to prevent delays
- Maintain clean job documentation: photos, signed approvals, change orders, invoices, and notes
- Assist with estimates, supplements, and approval requests (with PM/Estimator support)
- Track job progress from start to finish and help prevent delays, denials, and missed deadlines
- Communicate with adjusters, TPA reviewers, property managers, subs, and customers
- Maintain accurate internal job status tracking and reporting for leadership and project managers
- Support project managers and field teams with day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth execution

TPA program experience / SLA-driven coordination experience (repair/rebuild side)
- Experience coordinating reconstruction/repair projects in restoration or construction
- Strong scheduling, follow-up, and multi-project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Comfortable using project management, estimating, and documentation tools (Dash/Xactimate platforms a plus)
- Xactimate experience (or ability to learn quickly)
- Experience with large-loss, multi-unit, or multi-trade rebuilds
- Knowledge of insurance billing, invoicing, and change order processes
- Prior restoration office or construction coordination background
