- Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously (drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, trim, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Conduct site inspections, scope losses, and build clear project plans and schedules
- Produce and/or review estimates, supplements, and change orders (Xactimate preferred)
- Ensure compliance with TPA program requirements and meet SLA/KPI timelines (documentation, notes, approvals, photo requirements, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors: bid requests, scope reviews, scheduling, onsite oversight, and quality control
- Order/track materials and confirm lead times to prevent delays
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, adjusters, and TPA reviewers to drive approvals and keep projects moving
- Maintain accurate job documentation (photos, daily notes, signed work authorizations, COs, invoices, permits/inspections where applicable)
- Monitor job costs, margins, and production performance; proactively address risks and scope gaps
- Perform job walks, punch lists, and final closeouts to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal coordinators, estimators, and accounting to support billing accuracy and timely collections
- Identify and resolve issues that could create delays, denials, rework, or customer complaints
- 2–3+ years of insurance restoration rebuild project management experience (required)
- TPA program experience and comfort working within SLA/KPI deadlines (required)
- Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes and sequencing across multiple trades
- Strong communication skills (customer-facing, adjuster/TPA communication, subcontractor management)
- Proven ability to run multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites
- Xactimate and Symbility estimating experience (preferred)
- Experience with large-loss, multi-unit, or multi-site reconstruction projects
- Knowledge of permitting/inspections and closeout package requirements
- Familiarity with restoration/project management software (Dash or similar)

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders.
